I am Yijun Chen. I am an Assistant Professor in Marketing at Imperial College Business School, Imperial College London. I received my Ph.D. degree in Marketing at the John M. Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis. 

My research focuses on peer effect and networks. I have worked on empirical contexts including consumption and purchase in online gaming and fitness industry, collaboration and competition in the crowdsourcing platform, and misconduct in the workplace. I model the interactions between individuals and the decision making process in the peer network. My research provides implications on how business and organizations could benefit from the understanding of peer interactions.
